I don’t know what is more sad – the fact that this six year old wrote a false essay about how her Dad died in Iraq, or that it appears that her Mom put her up to it. The Mom seems to have a “win at any cost” mentality. What a loser.

Protecting the Mental Health of Worms

Some people are truly amazing. I am so thankful that there are people out there (and I do mean “out there”) who are concerned for all of creation. For example, I am relieved to learn that worms have been deemed “happy,” even though they have to deal with human waste in a new type of septic system. After all, we wouldn’t want to further traumatize or insult the poor little creatures any more than they already are.
